Return policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase from you. Customers will be charged a maximum of one shipping fee (including restocking fees); no restocking fees will be charged to the consumer at the time of return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
